Coastal Dream Homes is a NC licensed home builder specializing in system built homes. We ustilize state of the art science and construction systems to efficiently and cost effectively build homes that are beautiful, strong, long lasting, energy efficient, and healthy. We are at the forefront of building high performance homes and can provide energy star, green built, and NC Healthy homes certifications. The approach we use in construction of your home is to utilize efficiencies of factory production for limited aspects of the home. We then manage and utilize local trade tallent to complete the construcition of the home on site. This approach eliminates construction damage caused by weather, provides construction by highly trained experts in their fields, expedites the construction schedule, and minimizes construction problems.
